Delivery and Pickup

After placing your order on this website, you will receive an estimated delivery time. We will try our best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive within this period.

We insure each order during transit until the goods are delivered or picked up. A receipt confirmation must be signed upon pickup. After signing, you assume responsibility for the goods. If the pickup person is not the purchaser, or if the item is a gift, the signature of that person constitutes delivery, indicating that we have completed the order and transferred related responsibilities. We reserve the right to update our delivery policy without prior notice.

Returns

We are committed to providing you with a superior online shopping experience, therefore we offer a no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it and receive a full refund.

a) Customers can return items within 7 days of purchase;

b) Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn/used, original packaging/bag intact, and tags intact.

For returns, please fill out the return form included with the product and return it with the item. If the form is lost, please contact customer service for an electronic copy.
